Non-surgical Facial Rejuvenation

Signs of facial aging are universal. Some wrinkles are carved into our faces by time, as wrinkles and furrows on the face are a natural consequence of aging, which includes loss of skin elasticity, thinning of the skin, loss of collagen, and drying of the soft tissues of the face.

The effects of gravity are excess skin, loose, wrinkled skin on the neck, sagging cheeks, and the appearance of wrinkles. There are also wrinkles that we help to incise ourselves, namely through repetitive facial movements and grimaces, smoking, exposure to the sun, weight fluctuations, and stress. Among external factors, polluted air also accelerates skin aging.

The consequences of aging can only be mitigated with a holistic approach and timely treatment that takes into account all anatomical, biological and tissue (histological) changes. Based on a detailed examination, we advise appropriate non-surgical or surgical treatment. For people between the ages of 30 and 40, we most often opt for a non-invasive approach, while after the age of 60, we achieve the most with surgical intervention. We opt for a combination of both approaches between the ages of 40 and 50.

Successful rejuvenation of the aging face is based on careful assessment of actinic (i.e. sun-induced) and age-related skin damage. There are many rejuvenation techniques available to resurface the skin, paralyze facial muscles, or replace soft tissues.
